Return/Refund Policy
All sales of Taliah Waajid Natural Hair Products / Black Earth Product sales are final and
not subject to return or refund. It is recommended that you double check your purchase
in the shopping cart prior to completing your order.
If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item
call our customer service number within 5 days and request to place a claim.
There are no cash refunds.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Shipping
All products are shipped via UPS. You may choose either standard UPS Ground (products will arrive within 2 to 7 business days)
or UPS Next Day Air (products will arrive within 3 business days) during the checkout process.  Shipping and handling fees are
not subject to refunds on returns due to damaged packaging or receipt of incorrect product.
